Very professional and helpfull. There was an issue with the product we ordered, the delivery people picked up on it while collecting at the factory. The retailer from whom we bought never updated us, it was the courier who contacted us. Really went the extra mile, communicated with us all the way, we knew exactly what was going on. Very impressed!
